Features:
The self-aligning bearing is supplied in the B version with a fixed central rib on the inner ring, which provides improved axial guidance. Two brass cages guided by the inner ring ensure an even distribution of dynamic loads. The cylindrical bore allows direct mounting on a machined shaft, while the standard radial internal clearance offers a balanced relationship between stiffness and thermal tolerance. The open design facilitates visual inspections and is ideal for intensive maintenance cycles in industrial operations.

Maintenance:
This model is supplied without integrated seals. It has a continuous lubrication groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring that enable efficient relubrication during operation. This supports even grease distribution and the removal of contaminants. A thorough cleaning of the bearing housing is recommended before any intervention. Regular checks of lubricant quantity, noise level, vibrations and temperature contribute significantly to extending service life.

Sealing:
As this is an open bearing without integrated seals, it is sensitive to external contaminants such as dust, moisture or solid particles. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in clean or enclosed environments.
